Our Warranty

Our canvas duffel bags come with a 4 year warranty against normal wear and tear, while our polyester bags come with a 1 year warranty against normal wear and tear.

The user is responsible for shipping the bag back to Jensen Lee, and we will ship it back to the user at no charge. Please expect 2 weeks before shipping for bag repairs. Do not put in the wash. Spot clean with cold water and hang to dry.
